Kinloch Lawyers Successful in Proving There is No Case for Court
On Monday 3rd June 2024, our Mr David Kinloch from Glasgow based Kinloch Lawyers represented a client charged with Vandalism. The client attended a friend's house as they needed to go to hospital.
The Police Misinterpreted the Scene at the House
The friend had a history of drug addiction and mental health problems
Our client called an ambulance and when the police attended the scene, they found the house in disarray and accused our client of ransacking the house.
Actions of Kinloch Lawyers in the Case
The Prosecutor was persuaded that our client was not guilty of any crime and was only looking after their friend.
