Lawyers Fees in Glasgow

Kinloch Lawyers consider that we offer very competitive private rates for our legal representation.

Where we differ from almost all of our competitors is that we are happy to carry out our help to you on a fixed fee basis. This allows you to know with certainty what your legal costs are and eliminates any unforeseen extras. Fixed fees can be in stage payments.

‍Where in very complex and difficult cases fixed tariffs are simply not practical we offer an hourly rate of £225 + VAT.

This rate is itself extremely competitive. We should make it clear that our competitive hourly rate has absolutely no bearing on the quality of the service and advice.

We own outright our offices and all our computers, telephones, printers and copiers. We have the best broadband. We can utilise a call answer service when necessary and this all keeps our overheads low. We have invested heavily in our business and we are not a new start. Our Mr Kinloch has owned and  ran this legal firm for over 30 years.

Your case will primarily be dealt with by one solicitor who will be assisted by support staff. We fully recognise that clients want the same person dealing with their case from start to finish and that is something we aim to achieve in most cases.

We are happy to discus our lawyer fee structure with you and we can offer a payment plan by standing order. We appreciate that legal fees are not cheap, but we constantly strive to keep our overheads low and pass on savings to our clients.
